In partnership with the UW School of Dentistry and PMI Dental Hygiene Program, 425 Dental is proud to be hosting 425 Smiles on October 22, 2022 - a free dental clinic day that will provide members of the Issaquah and surrounding communities in need routine dental care at no charge.

From 8:00 am - 2:00pm, students and faculty from the UW School of Dentistry and PMI Dental Hygiene Program will team up with 425 Dental staff and other volunteers to provide root canals, extractions, general dental treatments, emergency dental care and more to families in need who have requested appointments.

This is the second time in 2022 that 425 Dental is hosting 425 Smiles, and the practice will continue to host it twice a year going forward. The event aims to give back to the community by improving the dental and overall health of its members who cannot normally receive dental care.

It is shaping up to be our biggest yet, and we appreciate all of the support from our sponsors, volunteers, and community” said Dr. Oleg Shvartsur, founder of 425 Dental. “425 Smiles gives us not only the opportunity to help our neighbors in need but to also give dental and hygiene students real, clinical experience to help prepare them for their bright futures.”

425 Smiles is sponsored by Delta Dental, Columbia Bank, Burkhart Dental Supply, and Henry Schein Dental. In order to manage the large number of people the event is expected to draw, interest must be submitted online, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered patients are advised to arrive as early as possible and be prepared to wait, and understand that care cannot be guaranteed though volunteers will be attempting to treat as many patients as possible throughout the day. Patients seen may visit the PMI Dental Hygiene Program’s clinic for complementary follow-up deep cleanings after the event. To view photos from our event in April, please click here.
