Join us for the 19th annual Spellman Awards for Exemplary Achievement in Historic Preservation. A reception with refreshments will begin at 10 a.m., with the award presentations starting at 10:30 a.m. In addition to King County Executive Dow Constantine, Patrice Frey - President and CEO of the National Main Street Center - will present the Legacy Business Award to Fischer Meats.
