Kari Magill is Chief Executive Officer of Rowley Properties, her family?s real estate management and development company. A native of the Issaquah/Bellevue area, Kari is the 3rd generation of the Rowley family to lead the business. Based in Issaquah, WA, Rowley Properties owns and manages 67 buildings representing almost a million square feet in a wide assortment of uses ? commercial, residential, retail, light manufacturing, storage and hospitality. With over 1400 tenants, many of whom are incubator businesses, Rowley Properties has developed a strong reputation for visionary leadership and community stewardship.

William Shaw is a fourth generation Eastside native. His family were early homesteaders who worked the log and shingle mills in Issaquah, Redmond and the Upper Snoqualmie Valley from 1910 onward. A print and web-based media advertising consultant for a number of local community newspapers since 1986, Shaw's main focus has been on the local retail, major, national and real estate advertising categories. He has been special projects manager for Horvitz Newspapers (the former King County Journal) since 2002 and for Sound Publishing since 2006. Locally, Bill is active in many community events and partnerships, and is active in community building from Bellevue to Issaquah and Sammamish to Mercer Island and the Snoqualmie Valley. He is your 'go-to' guy!
