We’re a new Indian restaurant in Issaquah serving fresh, authentic Punjabi cuisine — made with love and tradition. We're a proud family-owned business that first started as a food truck, Desi Tadka, right here on Gilman Blvd during the Covid era. Thanks to the amazing support from our community, we’ve now graduated to a full restaurant — quietly tucked away near Atlas Apartments, and growing every day.
